About the Founder

Guilherme (Gui) Limao

I was born in New Jersey and spent my summers growing up in Minas Gerais, Brazil, where I also lived for a few years during my childhood. After returning to New Jersey, I completed high school at Kearny High and started training in Brazilian jiu-jitsu as a hobby, quickly falling in love with the sport. Through Brazilian jiu-jitsu, I developed a strong sense of discipline, perseverance, and the importance of continuousimprovement – values that would later shape my path in the construction industry.
As a teenager, I began working alongside my father, Claudio, learning the ropes as a laborer. From the ground up, I came to understand the value of hard work, integrity, and the importance of building strong foundations – both literally and metaphorically. I quickly took on responsibilities like estimating, ordering materials, and managing client relationships.
While pursuing a Construction Engineering degree at NJIT, I also worked as a sales representative at Extech Building Materials. That role allowed me to network with vendors, expand my knowledge of the best materials in the market, and build strong supplier relationships – deepeing my understanding of the industry from a different angle.
Backed by years of hands-on experience, industry insight, and the support of my wife and father, we launched ProContractors Masonry & Concrete LLC. Since then, we’ve built a growing team of skilled professionals committed to delivering quality concrete and masonry work-driven by integrity, craftsmanship, and lasting results. We’ve worked on remarkable projects while staying true to our core values.
My love for the construction industry continues to grow, and I remain excited about the future of ProContractors and what’s still to come.

Claudio Limao

Site Foreman

I’m Claudio, leading foreman with ProContractors. My job is to make sure everything we do is exceptional and within schedule. I’ve been in the concrete and masonry business for over 30 years. My journey has been filled with learning and growth, and I’m passionate about applying my experience to help ProContractors deliver fantastic results we can be proud of.
When I’m not working, one of my hobbies is to go fishing. I also go camping with my family and friends at least once a year, a tradition we’ve kept for over ten years. I also enjoy traveling to Brazil with my wife, Gleice, every year to visit the town where we both grew up. It’s a special trip that helps us reconnect with our roots.

Initial Contact and Questionnaire

Get in touch with our team and we will send you a short questionnaire to fill out. This will give us a better understanding of your vision and will ensure the meeting in person goes as smoothly as possibly.

Site Meeting

We will meet you at your home for a “dreams to reality” session, where we discuss your completed questionnaire to fully understand your needs and requirements and discuss details about the scope of work.

Proposal and Estimate

Our team will prepare a detailed proposal for your proiect. This includes a comprehensive estimate of costs and a breakdown of the scope of work.
